The deep navy tone is striking against the coastal landscape of Monmouth County and gives the home a high-end, architect-designed character that stands out in the neighborhood. Cedar Impressions replicates the richness of real cedar shakes without any of the maintenance, while the vertical Board & Batten panels add architectural contrast and depth. The chimney was clad in CertainTeed Versetta Stone in Sterling — a gorgeous cool-toned stacked stone profile that grounds the exterior and adds a natural, textured focal point. Versetta Stone installs like siding with no masonry work required, delivering an authentic stone look with long-lasting durability. Every window, door, and fascia was wrapped in Azek PVC trim, ensuring a crisp, maintenance-free finish that will never rot, crack, or require repainting. All windows were replaced with ProVia windows — a premium brand renowned for energy efficiency, airtight construction, and beautiful sight lines that complement the home's bold new aesthetic. The exterior was completed with a new ProVia sliding door, bringing the same quality and weatherproofing to the rear of the home.
