This Newark, NJ home received a complete exterior upgrade — a full roof replacement paired with a brand-new aluminum seamless gutter system. We tore off the existing roofing down to the deck, inspected and repaired the sheathing, and installed new underlayment and ice & water shield before laying CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Resawn Shake. The Resawn Shake color delivers a rich, wood-textured aesthetic with the durability and low maintenance of a premium architectural shingle — a perfect match for Newark's classic residential architecture. To complete the project, we installed new 6" aluminum seamless gutters and downspouts, custom-fabricated on-site for a perfect fit. Seamless gutters eliminate the leak-prone seams found in sectional systems, channeling water away from the foundation and protecting the home from long-term water damage. The result is a fully protected, beautifully finished home exterior built to last for decades.
